Information Design | Optimize a Request Catalog Experience on the company help site
Challenge:
Provide design consulting and targeted reviews for a catalog of automated provisioning request forms within the company help site. The project team had already drafted the technical subject matter and requested information design guidance to finalize the request catalog.
Outcome:
Through consulting and reviews, we uncovered and corrected two major gaps in the catalog design prior to launch. Shared recommendations to improve form and catalog usability, standardize form content (titles, descriptions) and improve automated notifications. Created informed user-facing knowledge articles and communications assets to support the catalog roll-out.
