UX/UI Design | Influencing an industry-specific product
Challenge:
Create a professional and usable design based on the project team’s initial wireframes and within the vendor and product constraints. Work with stakeholders from various functional areas to gather user needs and design preferences to influence the final design.
Outcome:
Catalyzed discussions driving consolidation of the Information Architecture and process flows. Provided discovery support for a unique vendor platform. Facilitated a user feedback cycle to discover any usability issues. Solicited branding requirements and provided three creative direction options. Worked with vendor to implement final design. Provided project team with UI Design Guidelines document for future updates.
